InfiBot is an AI chatbot builder for websites with lead capture, WhatsApp, no-code workflows, human handover, multilingual replies, analytics and a choice of AI models.

Train on your own content, not the open internet

InfiBot builds a chatbot from the pages of your website and the PDF files you upload. You pick which pages and documents the assistant may learn from, and it answers visitors from that approved content only. If you update your site, you can refresh the source on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule so the bot never quotes an old price or policy.

Turn conversations into leads

Most visitors leave without ever contacting you. InfiBot lets you decide what makes a lead, for example a name and email, a phone number, or a booking request, and it asks for those details naturally during the chat. Each qualified lead is sent to your team by email with a short summary, added to a Google Sheet, or posted to a webhook so it can reach your CRM.

Answer on your website and on WhatsApp

The same assistant can run as a chat widget on your site and on your WhatsApp Business account. It uses the same website pages and PDFs in both places, so customers get consistent answers wherever they ask. On WhatsApp it can use native tick boxes and multi-step forms instead of sending one message per question.

Keep a person in the loop

When a visitor wants a human, InfiBot hands the chat over. Your team is emailed, can read the whole conversation, and can reply live. You can also read past chats in the dashboard and use them to find gaps in your content and improve the bot.

Built for no-code setup

Setup needs no programming. You add your website link or PDFs, choose the tone and instructions for the assistant, pick a template, and paste a single line of code before the closing body tag of your site. Guided workflows let you offer buttons, forms and cards for common journeys such as booking a visit or asking for a quote.

Frequently asked questions

InfiBot includes lead capture with rules you set, a choice of AI models, multilingual answers, analytics for visitors, chats and leads, human handover, product cards, no-code guided workflows and a WhatsApp Business connection.

You can choose OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or DeepSeek for each bot and change it any time. Answers still come from your own content, whichever model you choose.

Yes. You decide which details a chat must collect, such as name, email, phone or a booking request. Qualified leads are sent to your email, Google Sheets, a webhook or your CRM.

Visitors can write in their own language and the bot replies in the same one, including Hindi, Spanish, Arabic, Punjabi and French. You can also limit it to the languages you choose.
