Who we are

InfiBot is an AI chatbot platform. It is built and run by Infi Web Solutions, a company based in India.

What InfiBot does

InfiBot lets you build a chatbot that answers questions from your own content. You do not need to write code. You add your website pages and PDF files, pick an AI model, and put the chatbot on your website or on WhatsApp.

The problem it solves

Businesses get the same questions again and again. Customers ask about products, policies, prices and bookings. InfiBot answers these questions from your own website and PDFs. It can also capture leads, and it passes a chat to your team when a person should step in.

How it works

  1. You add your sources. Give InfiBot your website URLs and it crawls the pages. Upload PDF files. Your plan sets how many PDFs you can add, how large each file can be, how many URLs you can crawl, and how many pages to read from each URL.
  2. We prepare your content. The text is split into overlapping chunks. Each chunk is turned into an embedding with OpenAI's text-embedding-3-small model and stored in a PostgreSQL vector database (pgvector).
  3. The chatbot finds the answer. When a visitor asks a question, InfiBot finds the passages that best match it. It sends them with the question to the AI model you chose. This method is called retrieval-augmented generation.
  4. The reply appears in the chat. Visitors see it in the chat widget on your website, or in WhatsApp.

AI providers

InfiBot supports four AI providers: OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google Gemini and DeepSeek. You choose the provider for each bot and can change it later. Your embeddings are stored separately from the chat model, so you do not need to add your content again.

Put it where your customers are

  • Your website: add one script tag. Choose the Classic, Modern or Dark template, and set your own colors and logo.
  • WhatsApp Business: connect your Business account. InfiBot can answer chats and collect details with WhatsApp Flows forms.
  • Languages: the chatbot replies in your visitor's language. You can limit it to the languages you choose.

Leads, workflows and your team

  • Leads: send every captured lead to Google Sheets, to any CRM through a webhook, or by email.
  • Workflows: build guided question flows without code, capture leads and book meetings. Workflows are available on plans that include them.
  • Human handoff: visitors can ask for a person. You get an email, see the full chat in your inbox, and can pause the AI and reply yourself.
  • Team members: invite people to your account with owner or member roles. The number of seats depends on your plan.
